These words were sent to me by a member of my team recently and I thought these great to start the year off! Perhaps you've felt that your business seems to be heading off way up there and you do not know how to keep up with it! Or perhaps you're unsure whether your plans are working out quite how you wanted them. It has been a rewarding experience working with a team of secretaries, administrators, bookkeepers, and virtual operators, many of whom are award-winners in their respective fields and most of whom have many, many years behind them in their various industries. I have learnt much from many of them and feel privileged that years ago I took hold of new technologies entering this country (the Internet) and explored how it could be applied within my own business. I never dreamed it would put me in a position of mentoring, encouraging and building up others who sought to do the very thing I enjoyed doing - providing service and support to so many others whilst being able to be with my own family, operating from a home base.
Happy New Year! I hope you’ve been having some well-deserved time off. It’s always good to take time to enjoy life, to reflect, think, plan, rest and whatever else is needed. I am also taking some time off and will be unavailable from 11th January to 19th January inclusive. You can still seek support by checking our website for assistance, call 9877 0369 in Melbourne or 1800 033 355 from regional areas or other states for assistance or email me and I’ll forward the message on – I will check in from time to time during that period. From 20th January things will revert back to normal.

You will note a change in the rates for some services - the rates have stayed the same for several years and only went up because of the addition of GST. However, related costs continue to go up and as such, I've had to adjust my own rates accordingly. Please note that these rates do not apply to the team members of "A Clayton's Secretary" - each member works with their own rates, depending on their geographical location, experience and skill.
